These rules apply to our discord server and ingame.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a punishment!
1. Be cool, kind, and civil. Treat all members with respect and express your thoughts in a constructive manner.
2. Use English only. Communicate in English, but be considerate of all languages.
3. Use an appropriate name and avatar. Avoid special characters, emoji, obscenities, and impersonation.
4. Do not spam. Avoid excessive messages, images, formatting, emoji, commands, and @mentions.
5. Do not @mention or direct message Staff. Respect their time, they are people too. This does not apply to people with a rank. Ranked people can mention staff. Also the only way that you can message or @ a staff is by getting there permission. Example being “anyone @ me if u want to play mc”.
6. No self-promotion or advertisements. This includes unsolicited references and links to other social media, servers, communities, and services in chat or direct messages. This does not count in self promo or in portal. You may advertise content that was recorded on Nexus wherever you choose though!
7. No personal information. Protect your privacy and the privacy of others.
8. No harassment, abuse, or bullying. We have zero-tolerance for harming others.
9. No racist, sexist, anti-LGBTQ+, or otherwise offensive content. We have zero-tolerance for hate speech.
10. No political, race, or religious topics. These complex subjects result in controversial and offensive posts.
11. No piracy, sexual, NSFW, Foul Language, or otherwise suspicious content. We do not condone illegal or suspicious discussions and activity.
12. Rules are subject to common sense. These rules are not comprehensive and use of loopholes to violate the spirit of these rules is subject to enforcement.
13. Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply. You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord, and
abide by all other terms and guidelines.
14. Earrape No ear-rape. Period.
15. N-Word We don’t have a good way of knowing your race. Even if you're comfortable sending us a picture, you can still fake it. It’s just not worth the hassle.
16. Final decisions Final decisions are made by staff. If you interpret a rule differently or don’t like something, email us. [email protected] Don’t argue with the staff.
17. The rules will occasionally be updated. It’s your responsibility to check on. They won’t be announced if they change. If you break a rule that you didn’t know existed, that’s your responsibility.
18. Impersonation Do not impersonate anyone (including normal players or staff)
19. By playing Nexus and using discord, you are agreeing to all these terms and conditions and to our TOS.
20. Do not spam in chat or spam create tickets, tutorials, or anything of that sort.

22: Do NOT bug staff members about punishments. If you are not satisfied with your punishment, you can go to https://lifesteal.me/appeal. If you bug a staff member about an appeal or punishment, you will be instantly denied your application.
23. You CANNOT use revivetotem to gain Hearts.
24. You CANNOT use alts to gain Hearts.25. You MAY NOT join the server on any hacked clients. Even if you are not using any hacked features, it's still not allowed!26. You MAY NOT trade people crafted hearts or use crafted hearts in an attempt to bypass the crafted hearts limit. You also may not turn crafted hearts into regular hearts via /withdrawheart and trade them to other people.27. You MAY NOT participate in any attempt to gain hearts that is against the rules. Moving hearts between accounts, helping move hearts, or alt farming is against the rules.28. You MAY NOT use alts in order to bypass the crafted hearts limit.29. We DO NOT endorse playing with Virtual Reality. It’s not against the rules but if you are banned because of a way that Virtual Reality modifies your gameplay, it will he classified as a Blacklisted Modification and you will not receive any special support for it. These terms apply to but are not limited to the Lifesteal SMP minecraft server, discord server, website, and any other access to anything owned by Lifesteal SMP Society. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not allowed to use any of our services.
You are not allowed to redistribute any content created by Lifesteal SMP Society without explicit permission from a server owner. You may also not take any content created by Lifesteal SMP Society and claim it as your own.
By becoming a part of the Lifesteal SMP Community and using our services you are agreeing that an admin can revoke your access to them in the event that you are abusing your permissions or your account.
Lifesteal SMP is not in any way related to Mojang and not owned by Mojang. By accessing Lifesteal SMP Society you are agreeing to all the Minecraft Terms Of Service and the Lifesteal SMP TOS. You are also agreeing to all the rules on Lifesteal SMP Society which you are required to read before using our services and if you are breaking them, your account could be terminated from all Lifesteal SMP Society services.
You are acknowledging that if your Minecraft account is terminated by Mojang or your account is deleted, any data related to your account on Lifesteal SMP Society may be deleted.
You may not use any bugs, glitches, or issues. If you abuse issues with this, your account may be terminated from all Lifesteal SMP Society services.
You may not use robots, spiders, crawlers, man-in-the-middle software, or any other automated process to access, use, reverse engineer, or manipulate the Services, Accounts, In-App Purchases, or Lifesteal SMP Society software's.
You may not organize or participate in any activity or group that is hateful, harmful, or offensive towards a race, sexual orientation or preferences, religion, heritage or nationality, disability or other health class, gender, age, or similar classes determined by Lifesteal SMP Society.
All Lifesteal SMP Purchases are owned by Lifesteal SMP and are not your property. Lifesteal SMP may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate all purchases at any time, without notice or announcement and without payment to you. Lifesteal SMP shall have no liability to you or any third party if Lifesteal SMP exercises any such rights.
Unless modified or amended by Lifesteal SMP, this agreement and its provisions shall remain in effect. Termination of any license granted by Lifesteal SMP under this agreement does not affect any other provisions of this agreement.
If you have been previously banned from using any Lifesteal SMP Services, you may not use our Services.
It is your responsibility to read, understand, and accept this agreement in connection with your use of the Services. You acknowledge that Lifesteal SMP may make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Unless Lifesteal SMP states otherwise, any changes to these Terms are effective when posted. If you continue to use the Services after any changes are posted then you agree that those changes will apply to your continued use of the Services. You should check this page regularly to stay informed about any changes which you accept by continuing to use the Services.
Any purchase made on the store is revocable by staff at any time without warning if the need arises. Your account is also linked with all your purchases. If your account is terminated, your purchases WILL NOT be refunded and your account will not be restored unless given further notice.
